Qaulity?

Quality? What is That?

There are so many horror stories of bad repairs, and shade-tree companies out there. With many companies only concerned with making the next dollar that service and quality seem to be an old fashioned idea. Beleive me, we have seen our share of dishonest work and sales to people all over Tyler. It is our goal to always do honest work and offer true, fair assements on repairs. We will never charge unfair prices. Our goal is not to pad our retirement, buy a second house on Lake Tyler, or a bass boat. We do not drive fancy new vehicles and our vision for our lives is one of a simple life where family and values are first. Becasue family time is our first priority we can only service a limited number of customers and we will not be growing and expanding in the future. This means honest work and fair prices for you. It may be old fassioned, but thats the way we like it!
We also offer customer referal service for area electricians and plumbers. These are professionals that have proven time and time again to do honest and exceptional work. They are always looking for exceptional customers. Good customers are just as important as good tradesmen.
In addition, we also offer proper assements of attic ventilation to ensure you are not loosing money to overly hot attics.
Our duct systems are properly engineered to deliver ALL your air unlike most local companies who seem to never understand how important this is. We offer free assement of your duct systems with new installs and if already called out for service. An undersized duct systems cost you money because you pay to run the compressor whether or not that cooling is delivered into your home. This often causes hot spots in houses or never feeling comfortable. Often, AC companies will sell your a larger unit to solve the problem and little improvement is made and sometimes it causes humidity problems in the house becasue the unit does not run long enough to remove moisture leading to discomfort or mold problems.
Heat load calculations are done free of charge anywhere equipment is installed.
